Replacement Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your flowers for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your bouquet. We will arrange a replacement bouquet to ensure your satisfaction.

Conditions for Replacement

• The original bouquet must be returned or documented (e.g., a photo) to confirm the issue.
• Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for flowers or subscriptions. Replacement bouquets are our only form of resolution for dissatisfaction.
